Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What area do you service?
A: We service most of Manhattan for cat and dog sits. We are currently limited
to the East Side from the Gramercy area to the Lower East Side for our doggie
day care and dog walking services.
Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes we are. Upon request we can provide proof of bonding and insurance.
Q: Do my dogs need to be vaccinated?
A: All dogs must have the following vaccinations:
1) DHLPP
2) Rabies
3) Bordetella
Q: How much notice for cancellation do you need?
A: At least 24 hours.
Q: What are your rates?
A: Please feel free to call us or e-mail us via the Contact Us page for detailed
information.
Q: How am I billed and when is it due?
A: We ask that all new clients pay before services are rendered. Established
clients can pay by cash or check at the time of the visit (please put payment
in a visible area).
Q: Do you have references?
A: Yes, we can provide you with a list of satisfied clients.
Q: What if I need emergency or last minute pet care service?
A: We will try to accommodate you as best as possible, but cannot guarantee on
very short notice that we can provide service.
Q: Are there any extra costs on holidays?
A: Yes
Q: Do you perform a meet and greet for new clients?
A: Yes, we want everyone to get acquainted and for the pet and owner to feel
comfortable with us and our service.
Q: My pet has been aggressive in the past, can he still be a client?
A: This depends on the pet. if the walker and he/she get along then great. But
if there is threat of physical harm to the walker or a person/animal outside
the home then we cannot.
Q: How do I drop off house keys?
A: There are two ways, for those that have a doorman building, you can leave the
keys at the desk, or you can make a copy/give us a set which we will keep in a
secure place. Please note that repeat clients will be asked to pay a $5 key
pick-up/drop-off fee if they do not choose to leave a set with us.
Q: How will your pet providers discipline my pet, if necessary?
A: We will always let you know how the time went taking care of your pet and
discuss with you any problems and how you would like us to handle them.
